of Texas Commercial Incentives for Solar PV

Texas
allows a corporation to deduct the cost of a solar energy device from
the franchise tax in one of two ways: (1) the total cost of the system
may be deducted from the company’s taxable capital; or, (2) 10% of the
system’s cost may be deducted from the company’s income. Both
taxable capital and a company’s income are taxed under the franchise
tax, which is
Texas
’s equivalent to a corporate tax.

FINANCING OPTIONS:
Do you want to write a check every month that goes down a hole, or do
you want it to count towards future free energy in a Solar Energy
System?
After 7, 10, 15 or 20 years your company can buy the equipment for as
little as $1 and have free energy for the next 25 years.
Please ask your Merh Solar Representative about financing options.
